1. Should I be purchasing ProKit Professional brushes and tools if I am not a makeup artist?

Our brushes are suitable for both makeup artists and makeup lovers. We would encourage anyone wishing to explore their artistry to try out our products .

 

2. Where does ProKit ship to?

We provide fast yet safe delivery services all across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. For international orders, please write to us at: contact@prokit.pk

 

3. How long does it take to process the order?

Order delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

 

4. How can I track my parcel?

You will receive your tracking details when your order has been processed and ready for collection from the courier. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

 

5. What are your shipping charges?

We charge a nominal delivery amount of Rs.300 on all orders.

 

6. Does the price of the order include shipping or delivery charges?

For online orders, shipping charges are mentioned separately as a part of order on the checkout page. Final amount charged will include shipping charges.

 

7. How do I return an item?

We do not offer a return or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. A exchange occurs in the unlikely situation where a defective or an incorrect item is received by the customer. A exchange will be processed only if the item sent back to ProKit is not damaged by the buyer and has not been used/opened.

 

8. Do your products have an expiration date?

Some of our products do have a shelf life of three years. To double check this for a specific product, try looking on the label as it usually tells you the minimum number of months a product will remain safe for you to use once opened.

 

9. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders, we would love to be able to change this for you, however, this is not possible after the order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed. 

 

10. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

 

11. How will I know that you have received my order?

Once your order has been logged, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, listing and price of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. However, the order would be shipped only when payment verification is complete.

 

12. What are the payment options for orders?

We currently accept cash on delivery payments only.

14. What is the best way to care for ProKit brushes, tools, sponges and accessories?

15. Am I permitted to resell your products online or in person?

The products available on the Sites, including any samples we may provide to you, are for your personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from ProKit. ProKit reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms of Use, as determined by ProKit in its sole discretion.
