Refund policy

Our products are handcrafted with extreme care and love. The aim is to provide clients with ultimate artisan brushes, tools and supplies. 

Due to the nature of products and issues of hygiene, we do not offer refunds or change of mind returns on our products.

If you believe one of your items is damaged or has suffered a manufacturing defect, please contact us directly by emailing contact@prokit.pk and we will be happy to investigate your concerns.  

 Please read the following guidelines before returning a faulty item:

• Loss of bristles or change in their color is normal specifically with brushes that are made with natural fibre. As recommended for all brushes, regular cleaning can fix the misshaping of bristles. This will not affect the performance of the brush.
• In case of excessive loss of bristles, loosening of ferrule or detachment of ferrule from the handle, please contact us to rectify any possible manufacturing defects by emailing contact@prokit.pk
• Should a manufacturing defect be identified with your product, we will replace only the item that is faulty.
• If an entire brush set has been found to be defective, the entire set will be replaced.
• We do not offer returns on items where only the display box is damaged during the postal process.
• Returns are not offered for misuse of brushes, tools or products. Please follow the Product Care Guide for your brushes and tools.
• Defective products or claims related to lost postage are accepted no later than 7 days after your order receiving date.
