Shipping policy

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. When you receive your shipping confirmation notification via Email or SMS through our delivery partner, you can track your order from their website. 

Estimated delivery times range from three to five working days. Should there be any delay due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding the status of the shipment. 

Shipping Notes:

• Orders are shipped every day within 24 hours of confirmation except on weekends i.e. Saturday and Sunday.

• All orders have a flat PKR 350 shipping fee.

• Please allow up to three to five working days for your order to arrive.
